Luisa learned the art of chocolate making under the tutelage of Monsieur Sender, Master Patissier and Chocolatier in Paris, France. 

She received additional training in advanced specialty chocolate courses in Nanterre, France. 

Luisa’s specialized training, artistic flair and experience has enabled her to grow a successful Orange County business creating chocolate specialties for all Southern California occasions!
